Creating memories over great food has always been a way of life for me. My journey with cooking began as a child, sitting at the feet of my grandmother, mother and aunts-who are all excellent cooks themselves. One of my favorite quotes by Anthony Bourdain says it all. "When someone cooks for you they are saying something. They are telling you about themselves: where they are from, who they are, what makes them happy". I would love to share my journey with you, a story told through a great cuisine.

Born in Charlotte, Chef Lasco was raised by southern parents with a lineage of great cooking. He would assist his mother, grandmother, grandfather and aunt as they prepared meals from recipes passed down through generations. These long traditions of southern cooking inspired him to venture into culinary creations by merging modern techniques with staple recipes grounded in southern roots. His passion is to infuse southern cuisine with flavors from around the world and present a culinary experience that provides comfort in fine dining and a palatable memory that goes beyond just a meal.
